Dakota Kridler is a U.S. Army Veteran with nine years of defense experience, specializing as a Flight Test Engineer and Systems Engineer. Dakota has maintained and operated numerous fixed-wing and VTOL UAVs, leveraging his Part 107 Remote Pilot license. He led the development of an innovative ground control station (GCS) for a range of internal UAVs, enhancing capabilities across Group 1 to Group 3 sizes. Dakota's contributions include being a sensor and camera operator for manned-unmanned teaming (MUMT) UAV flight missions employing sophisticated telemetry setups to link air, ground, and operational equipment and personnel. While studying for his B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, he was a Flight Test Engineer at the Texas A&M Vehicle Systems and Control. Dakota holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M and an MBA with a focus in Innovative Technologies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Lauren Reed is a highly skilled Aerospace & Defense Technical Sales Engineer and Business Development professional with over a decade of experience driving revenue growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring customer success in both government and commercial sectors, specializing in emerging technologies for aerospace, space, and defense clients. She is an expert in leading end-to-end sales cycles and is recognized for her consultative approach and proficiency in gap selling and proposal strategy, including for DoD and government agency bids. As a certified FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot, Lauren also founded Drone Response and Robotics LLC, a woman-owned business providing aerial services, and previously led go-to-market strategies for mission-critical communications at Airbus U.S. Space and Defense, integrating advanced technologies for enhanced command, control, communications, and intelligence (C3I) capabilities.
