Joel Weber - Joel is a Computer Engineer with his degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. Joel started his engineering career with EMR Telemetry (now L3) as a Design Engineer, Applications Engineer, and as Southeast Sales Manager. Joel then worked for Superior Electronics as International Sales Manager and Terametrix as Eastern Sales Manager followed by the most recent 11+ years as a Manufactures Rep helping our current customers in the Southeast again. Joel is proud to be a member of the Society of Flight Test Engineers (SFTE), International, Test & Evaluation Assoc. (ITEA), National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), American Helicopter Society (AHS), Precision Strike Association (PSA), and Association of the United States Army (AUSA). |

Mike O'Brien - Mike is an Electrical Engineer with his degree from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. After a few years with the NSA, Mike worked for 13 years with EMR (now L3) as an R&D Design Engineer, Systems Engineer, and Applications Engineer. With expertise in digital data processing and network software systems, Mike's experience includes antenna control, telemetry receiver, and FM data processing systems, including some time with the systems group of Microdyne. Before joining AeroGear, Mike spent several years at Acterna in data acquisition related to broadband cable systems. You may best recognize his achievements as the chief designer of the EMR 8715 Telemetry Processing System. Mike is also a proud member of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA). |

Mike Erdahl - Mike is an Electrical Engineer with his degree from the Missouri Institute of Technology in Kansas City, MO. Mike started at General Dynamics and Hughes Aircraft before becoming a Design Engineer, Systems Engineer, and Applications Engineer at the same L3 division (EMR/Loral) as Joel and Mike O'Brien. Mike has exceptional applications experience after working there for 13 years on telemetry and data acquisition systems, migrating up from systems engineering to project management, applications engineering, and marketing. Mike was then instrumental in starting and providing sales management of a new systems group for Microdyne. This was followed by 4 years in outside sales for Veridian Systems and 2 years in marketing and product management with Acterna in data acquisition and RF product lines before helping to start AeroGear. |

Greg Buffaloe - Greg is a sales engineer with over 20 years of technical sales experience. He holds a BS degree in Business from Jacksonville State University, Jacksonville, Alabama. He was educated in Industrial Technology/Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of West Florida, Pensacola, Florida. He started his professional career at SCI Systems working on the Air Force’s ATIS project, Airborne Test Instrumentation Systems. He left SCI Systems to begin his technical sales career. Greg has covered the Southeast for many years working as a manufacturer’s representative and Regional Sales Manager for BLH Electronics and Action Instruments. He has conducted numerous technical seminars on load cell and strain gage technology. He is a certified Electrostatic Discharge Control sales engineer from Desco. He is a member of the American Helicopter Society (AHS) and actively involved in the local YMCA working with kids and various sporting programs. |

Dave Sniffin - Dave is a Business Development professional having marketed test, measurement, telemetry systems and instrumentation products in the aerospace, defense and scientific test industries for over 25 years. Dave has held Business Development, Vice President of Marketing & Sales and Director of Business Development positions at Herley Industries, ACRA CONTROL and L-3 Communications Telemetry East throughout his career. Prior to moving into marketing Dave’s professional experience included Technical Writer and Systems Engineering positions. Dave’s educational background includes Electrical Engineering studies, a BS in Marketing Management and graduate studies in Business Administration at Western Governors University. |
